Each staff member meets the State of Maryland educational and training requirements for the services they provide. We encourage and support the continued education of each service provider. In turn, our agency provides staff with competitive compensation, an inviting work environment, and knowledgeable, trustworthy management and direction.
Consumers of our services will be those children and adult individuals in need of nursing and help with daily activities. These patients are usually referred by other healthcare professionals such as physicians, attorneys, insurance companies, and healthcare facilities. The services we provide to our patients will be ordered by a physician, a designated family member/POA (power of attorney), or at our client’s request. Our clients have the right to request social workers, accountants, and religious services at any time. We will not discriminate against race, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or financial background, either for our clients or our employees. The client has the right to review their plan of care, request additional service, refuse, and/or cancel service. Our clients have the right to ask questions if they do not understand the services being provided or why they are being provided. Our clients have the right to report abuse of any kind without fear of being retaliated against. We will provide financial, insurance billing, and claims processing assistance if needed. We will provide services at any hour of the day and any day of the week, including holidays.
Our agency must be licensed by the State of Maryland (MDH), and our services reimbursed by self-pay and other private insurance carriers. Sales estimate projects healthy revenues in the first year and modest increases through year three. The company has sufficient cash on hand at start-up to prevent any problems with cash flow.
